Service Terms

Each booking is valid for one individual only per session.
Massage time cannot be split or transferred to another person.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours in advance will incur no fees.

For changes made between 3 to 24 hours before the appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment or no-shows without prior notice will result in a 100% service fee charge.
Refund Policy

If the cancellation is made within the required notice period (at least 24 hours in advance),
a full refund will be processed within 7 business days. -
If the issue arises from the service provider or due to any error on our part,
the customer may request either a refund or a complimentary rescheduled session.
Privacy Policy

Personal data such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and booking details
will be used strictly for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent. -
All data is secured using industry-standard encryption and protection protocols.
